Successfully Spearheaded a Quartet of Digital Initiatives Across the EU: Comprehensive Website Re-launch, SEO Strategy Implementation, Sales Boost through DE Webshop, and Formation of an EMEA Digital Task Force
Project 1: Re-launching 32 EU Websites and Integrating DE Webshop
I led the ambitious re-launch of 32 websites across the European Union, focusing on enhancing user experience and aligning with our latest brand strategy. A key part of this project was the seamless integration of the German webshop into the existing German website, streamlining our online presence and improving customer interaction.
Project 2: SEO Strategy for EU Websites
I developed and executed a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored for our European websites. This strategy was designed to improve organic search visibility, drive traffic, and enhance user engagement across our diverse EU markets.
Project 3: Sales Strategy for DE Webshop
My focus in this project was to devise and implement a sales strategy specifically for the German webshop. The goal was to increase sales by optimizing the online shopping experience, enhancing product visibility, and implementing targeted marketing tactics.
Project 4: Forming a Digital Task Force within the EMEA Interdisciplinary Team
I took the initiative to form a digital task force within our EMEA interdisciplinary team. This task force was dedicated to driving digital innovation and ensuring the effective implementation of digital strategies across various departments and regions within the EMEA sector.
