Enhancing "My Family" Advantage Program for Young Mothers

As the project lead for the “My Family” advantage program, I focused on tailoring our website to better serve our primary users – young mothers with children aged 0-11 years. My goal was to create a more engaging and relevant online experience for them.

To achieve this, I initiated the integration of age-appropriate content, ensuring that mothers could easily find information and resources specifically suited to their child’s developmental stage. Additionally, I spearheaded the introduction of new features to increase website engagement. This included organizing a baby photo competition, which created a vibrant community feel, and offering downloadable children’s songs along with their lyrics. These features not only enhanced the website’s appeal but also provided practical and enjoyable resources for the mothers and their children.

This project aimed to enrich the “My Family” program, making it a more valuable and interactive resource for young mothers seeking support and information tailored to their growing families.
